This scheme was the demolition of two properties and their replacement with two new semi-detached houses on a site adjacent to the beach at Pett Level to the east of Hastings in east Sussex. The houses were designed by The Mcfarlane Partnership. MBH Architects were executive architects commissioned to prepare full construction detailed drawings and all landscaping as well as oversee the construction and project management of  the contract.
