We undertook the conversion and extension to this Victorian ex market warehouse for a private development company taking the project all the way through the design, planning and building process including on-site administration duties.

The mixed use scheme comprises retail use at street and basement levels, self contained office suites on the first and second floors and a luxury penthouse apartment on the third floor complete with its own private roof terrace.
