A feasibility design for the refurbishment and extending of the Parker Street Hostel for Capital Projects. The concept was to transform the existing institutional feeling hostel into a very special community hub service that would provide good quality hostel accommodation for the homeless including training and therapy for the residents as well as joint facilities with the public including a restaurant, a cafe and a bicycle repair shop.
